My words have body like water
See the reflections like you,
never really there.
Ripped and disrupted at shore
Trying to become more than what I am

Puddle like ocean
Body like water
Ripples in the ebb
your twirling hand like whirlpools

There’s truth in the water
We drown
And we drive
up to the bluffs to see your endless love for me
I see it all and I see where it ends
I can hope you’ll drive up to those waters
See jagged rock
Disrupt when you’re sure

Body like water,
use me in your thirst.

Destructure and dig up bones
Get stuck in
